Формування професійної педагогічної компетентності майбутніх керівників освітніх закладів у процесі магістерської підготовки

Abstract

Abstract. The article provides a theoretical justification for the formation of professional pedagogical competence in future educational institution managers during their Master\"s degree training amidst contemporary challenges. The study analyzes the contradictions arising in the field of training Master\"s students for educational management, including: the constant increase in modern society\"s demands for the appropriate level of managerial competence versus the actual level of their professional and pedagogical training; discrepancies between the practical fields of activity for education managers and the established directions of their professional training and development; the urgency and necessity for high-quality professional training in Ukrainian higher education institutions\" Master\"s programs in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna Process; and the current state versus the expected level of scientific and methodological support for high-quality professional Master\"s training. It is established that the professional pedagogical competence of future education managers is an integrated personal and professional quality. It reflects their ability to effectively carry out managerial activities in the educational field based on profound pedagogical knowledge, methodical skills, communication skills, and the capacity for pedagogical reflection. This competence serves as the foundation for understanding the specifics of the educational process and the needs of all its participants, as well as for making managerial decisions aimed at ensuring the qualitative development of the educational institution. The defined structure of the professional pedagogical competence of future education managers includes: pedagogical knowledge; methodical skills; communication skills; capacity for pedagogical reflection. It is proven that the formation of professional pedagogical competence in future education managers during Master\"s training is productive under the conditions of: integration of pedagogical and managerial disciplines (practical orientation of learning); implementation of active methods (case studies, role-playing, training sessions, discussions, and problem-based learning), which foster analytical, communicative, and reflective skills and develop the ability to make informed managerial decisions in pedagogical situations; involvement of experienced educators and school leaders in the educational process; creation of a supportive educational environment; introduction of pedagogical reflection as a core element of the learning process.

У статті здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування формування професійної педагогічної компетентності майбутніх керівників освітніх закладів у процесі магістерської підготовки в умовах викликів нашого часу. Проаналізовано суперечності, що виникли у галузі підготовки магістрів до управлінської діяльності у сфері освіти серед яких постійне зpoстaння вимoг сучасного суспiльствa дo відповідного piвня управлінської кoмпeтeнтнoстi, а також peaльний piвень їх пpoфeсiйнo-педагогічної пiдгoтoвки; розбіжності між сфepaми дiяльнoстi мeнeджepiв oсвiти тa визначеними нaпpямaми їхньoї пpoфeсiйнoї підготовки та розвитку; нагальність і нeoбхiднiсть якісної фaхoвoї пiдгoтoвки в мaгiстpaтуpi зaклaдiв вищої освіти Укpaїни вiдпoвiднo дo вимoг Бoлoнськoгo пpoцeсу; реальний стан і очікуваний рівень науково-методичного забезпечення процесу якісної фахової підготовки магістрів. Встановлено, що професійна педагогічна компетентність майбутніх менеджерів освіти – це інтегрована особистісно-професійна якість, що відображає їхню здатність ефективно здійснювати управлінську діяльність в освітній галузі на основі глибоких педагогічних знань, методичних умінь, комунікативних навичок та здатності до педагогічної рефлексії. Ця компетентність є фундаментом для розуміння специфіки освітнього процесу, потреб усіх його учасників, а також для прийняття управлінських рішень, спрямованих на забезпечення якісного розвитку освітнього закладу.Визначена структура професійної педагогічної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів освіти включає педагогічні знання, методичні вміння, комунікативні навички, здатність до педагогічної рефлексії. Доведено, що формування професійної педагогічної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів освіти в умовах магістерської підготовки буде продуктивним за умов інтеграції педагогічних та управлінських дисциплін: практичної спрямованості навчання, використання активних методів (case-study, рольові ігри, тренінги, дискусії, проблемне навчання, які сприяють розвитку аналітичних, комунікативних та рефлексивних навичок здобувачів, а також формують їхню здатність приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення в педагогічних ситуаціях), залучення до навчального процесу досвідчених педагогів та керівників освітніх закладів, створення сприятливого освітнього середовища, впровадження педагогічної рефлексії як елементу навчального процесу.
