Ефективність праці як важлива категорія концепції ощадливого виробництва в Україні

Abstract

У роботі досліджено особливості соціально-економічної категорії ефективності праці у контексті новітньої концепції організації виробництва на підприємствах. Наведено основні фактори, які перешкоджають ефективному впровадженню системи ощадливого виробництва на підприємствах України. Обґрунтовано основні напрямки подолання перешкод на шляху до раціоналізації системи управління.В работе исследованы особенности социально-экономической категории эффективности труда в контексте новейшей концепции организации производства на предприятиях. Приведены основные факторы, которые препятствуют эффективному внедрению системы бережливого производства на предприятиях Украины. Обоснованы основные направления преодоления препятствий на пути к рационализации системы управления.The aim of the research is a ground of importance and necessity of account category of labor efficiency in the context of realization lean production on the enterprises in Ukraine. The features of socio-economic category of efficiency of labor in the context of the newest conception of organization of production are in-process investigational on enterprises. Basic factors which hinder effective introduction of the system of prudent production on the enterprises of Ukraine are resulted. The flow diagram of forming of labor efficiency is formed on an enterprise became basis for realization of conception of thrift on an enterprise by rationalization of work of workers. Grounded basic directions of overcoming of obstacles on a way to to rationalization of control system. The conducted researches allowed to ground the necessity of exceptional importance of labor efficiency in the context of successful realization of lean production on the enterprises in Ukraine.
