Глобальні проблеми сучасності: реалізація екологічної політики України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто передумови створення екологічної політики. Досліджується історія формування правової основи екологічної політики України від моменту проголошення незалежності й донині. Проаналізовано проблеми реалізації визначеної державою екологічної політики.

In the article considers the preconditions for the creation of environmental policy. Investigated the history of the formation of the legal basis of environmental policy of Ukraine from the moment of declaration of independence to this day. The problems of realization of environmental policy determined by the state are analyzed.
