Вплив гендерних стереотипів на вибір професії

Abstract

Проаналізовано роль гендерних стереотипів у виборі жінками технічних спеціальностей. Стверджується, що розвиток держави потребує залучення жінок до роботи у STEM галузях. Одним з шляхів розв’язання проблеми є консолідація закладів освіти, бізнесу і громадських організацій для підтримки жіночого лідерства.

The role of gender stereotypes in the choice of women in technical specialties is analyzed. It is alleged that state development requires women to be involved in STEM industries. One of the ways to solve the problem is to consolidate educational institutions, businesses and civic organizations to support women's leadership.
