Abstract

Проаналізовано основні критерії державності та способи їх урегулювання відповідно до сучасного бачення держави, як політичного інституту. о основні моменти перелому світогляду тогочасного суспільства та способів отримання незалежності. Представлено моделі політичного впливу на міждержавному рівні.

The main criteria of statehood and ways of their settlement were analyzed in accordance with the modern vision of the state as a political institution. The main points of the turn of the world at the time of society and ways of obtaining independence were determined. The models of political influence on the interstate level are presented.
