Abstract

Розглянуто значення та роль Будапештського Меморандуму в контексті ядерного роззброєння України.

The significance and role of the Budapest Memorandum in the context of Ukraine's nuclear disarmament are considered. The essence of the content of this document, the fulfillment of the specified guarantees has been investigated. The consequences of violating the "assurances" of the Budapest Memorandum of 1994 and the lack of means of deterring Russian aggression in nuclear-free Ukraine are shown.
