Abstract

У роботі розглянуто роль жінки у науці та політиці, проблеми гендерної нерівності у політичному житті та науковій сфері, розглянуто соціологічне дослідження проблеми займання головних посад жінкою в науці і політиці та формування гендерних стереотипів та гендерних ролей у суспільстві.

The work discusses the role of women in science and politics, the problems of gender inequality in political life and the scientific sphere, the sociological study of the problem of women holding key positions in science and politics and the formation of gender stereotypes and gender roles in society.
