Abstract

Розкрито актуальну необхідність дослідження методичних засад кількісного оцінювання мотиваційного потенціалу підприємства. Уточнено процедуру матричного оцінювання мотиваційного потенціалу на основі його складових (задоволеністю роботою і силі мотивації), визначення ціннісної орієнтації працівника.

The actual necessity of researching the methodological principles of quantitative assessment of the motivational potential of the enterprise has been revealed. The procedure of the matrix assessment of the motivational potential based on its components (job satisfaction and the strength of motivation), determination of the employee's value orientation has been clarified.
