Аналіз методів та засобів контролю технічного стану амортизаторів тз в умовах експлуатації

Abstract

В роботі проведено аналіз існуючих методів та засобів контролю технічного стану амортизаторів ТЗ в умовах експлуатації, виявлено недоліки, такі як складність виконання, низька точність вимірювання, високі витрати часу і матеріальних засобів на діагностування. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення методики ефективного контролю технічного стану амортизаторів АТЗ з урахуванням їх впливу на здатність шин створювати бічні реакції.

In the work, an analysis of the existing methods and means of monitoring the technical condition of the shock absorbers of the vehicle in operating conditions was carried out, shortcomings were revealed, such as the complexity of execution, low accuracy of measurement, high costs of time and material means for diagnosis. The need to create a technique for effective control of the technical condition of ATZ shock absorbers, taking into account their influence on the ability of tires to create lateral reactions, is substantiated.
