Abstract

У роботі уточнено сутність поняття «корпоративна культура». Досліджено вплив корпоративної культури на розвиток організації. Визначено рівні та чинники формування корпоративної культури.

The article considers of the notion «corporate culture» is specified in the work. The influence of corporate culture on the development of the organization is investigated. The levels and factors of formation of the corporate culture are determined.
