Система управління інноваційною діяльністю на підприємстві: підходи до реалізації інноваційного проекту

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти удосконалювання системи управління інноваційною діяльністю на основі запропонованих автором підходів. Підкреслено, що таким підходом може слугувати моніторинг функціонування підприємства після реалізації певного інноваційного проекту. Окреслено основні завдання реалізації інноваційного проекту та наведено схему відповідних дій в процесі прийняття управлінського рішення щодо подальшого функціонування та розвитку підприємства як системи.

The theoretical aspects of improving the innovation management system based on the approaches proposed by the author are considered in the article. It is emphasized that such an approach can serve to monitor the functioning of the enterprise after the implementation of a specific innovation project. The main tasks of realization of the innovative project are outlined and the scheme of the corresponding actions in the process of making management decision on the further functioning and development of the enterprise as a system is given.
