Abstract

Досліджено місце мотивації праці персоналу в системі менеджменту підприємства. Розроблено інформаційну модель оцінювання системи мотивацій праці персоналу з урахуванням основних елементів HR-technology.

The place of personnel motivation in the enterprise management system is investigated. An information model of estimation of the system of motivation of work of the personnel with consideration of the basic elements of HR-technology is developed.
