У статті проаналізовано явище мотивації як функції менеджменту. Досліджено роль мотивації в розвитку організації. Визначено сутність, чинники та етапи мотивації працівників в організації.

The articles analyze the phenomenon of motivation as a function of management. The role of motivation in the development of the organization is investigated. The essence, factors and stages of motivation of employees in the organization are defined.
