Удосконалення управління бізнес-процесами підприємства з урахуванням основних принципів TQM та EFQM

Abstract

В даній роботі було розглянуто вдосконалення управління бізнес-процесами підприємства з урахуванням основних принципів TQM та EFQM. Доведено необхідність використання основних принципів концепцій TQM та EFQM в управлінні бізнес-процесами підприємства. Удосконалено структурно-логічну схему оцінки якості бізнес-процесів на основі використання даних концепцій.

In this work, the improvement of the management of business processes of the enterprise was considered, taking into account the basic principles of TQM and EFQM. The necessity of using the basic principles of the concepts of TQM and EFQM in the management of business processes of the enterprise is proved. The structural and logical scheme for assessing the quality of business processes based on the use of these concepts has been improved.
