Управління запасами як складова загального менеджменту підприємства

Abstract

В статті доведено, що функціонування підприємства значною мірою залежить від оптимізованої організації процесу управління його запасами. Розглянуто та з’ясовано умови мінімізації витрат при управлінні виробничими запасами.

The article proves that the functioning of the enterprise largely depends on the optimized organization of the process of managing its stocks. The conditions of cost minimization in the management of production stocks were considered and clarified.
