Встановлення цілей та ідентифікація бізнес-процесів підприємства

Abstract

Розглянуто процес встановлення цілей та ідентифікації бізнес-процесів підприємства на прикладі сучасного підприємства енергетичної галузі ТОВ «НЕСС ЕНЕРДЖІ». Класифіковано бізнес-процеси підприємства на основні та допоміжні. Обґрунтовано зміст та послідовність етапів впровадження бізнес-функцій і бізнес- процесів у діяльність підприємства.

The article considers the process of setting goals and identifying business processes of an enterprise on the example of a modern enterprise in the energy sector, NESS ENERGY LLC. The business processes of the enterprise are classified into main and auxiliary ones. The content and sequence of stages of implementation of business functions and business processes in the enterprise's activities are substantiated.
