У роботі досліджується теоретичні основи вдосконалення результативності діяльності організацій.

This paper explores the theoretical foundations for improving the performance effectiveness of organizations. It distinguishes between the concepts of "effectiveness" and "efficiency" and examines different approaches to defining the essence of effectiveness. Methods and tools for enhancing effectiveness are proposed, such as benchmarking, business process reengineering, quality management systems, and personnel development. The importance of a comprehensive and systematic approach to improving an organization's effectiveness is emphasized.
