Українська трудова міграція у контексті змін сучасного світу

Abstract

Тема української трудової міграції в контексті змін сучасного світу є актуальною та важливою з точки зору розвитку суспільства та економіки. У даній анотації розглянуті основні аспекти цієї проблеми, зокрема, причини та наслідки міграційних процесів для України та інших країн, соціокультурні та економічні аспекти міграції, а також можливі шляхи вирішення цієї проблеми через політику та законодавство.

The topic of Ukrainian labor migration in the context of changes in the modern world is relevant and important from the point of view of the development of society and the economy. This abstract examines the main aspects of this problem, in particular, the causes and research of migration processes for Ukraine and other countries, socio-cultural and economic aspects of migration, as well as possible ways of solving this problem through policy and legislation. Highlighted different aspects of this problem better track the impact of labor migration on modern global society and apply ways of its optimization and improvement.
