Аналіз сучасного стану організації автоматизованого робочого місця механічної обробки з використанням CAD/CAM-систем

Abstract

Проведено аналіз стану сучасного підходу до організації автоматизованого робочого місця механічної обробки на базі верстатів з ЧПК з використанням СAD/САM-систем та спеціальних верстатних пристосувань.

An analysis of the state of the modern approach to the organization of an automated machining workplace based on CNC machines using CAD/CAM systems and special machine tools has been carried out. It was determined that the use of universal elements of the machine tool allows to improve the quality of the design and reduce the time of design work, and also helps to reduce the cost of constructions.
