Приклади вертикального урбанізму в світі

Abstract

У контексті глобальної урбанізації та потреби в сталому розвитку, вертикальний урбанізм постає як інноваційний підхід до організації міського простору. Дослідження висвітлює сутність вертикального урбанізму через аналіз трьох міжнародних архітектурних проєктів: Bosco Verticale (Мілан), Marina One (Сінгапур) та The Spiral (Нью-Йорк). Розглянуто архітектурні рішення, екологічні переваги та інженерні інновації, що дозволяють інтегрувати природу в щільну міську забудову. Усі три об’єкти слугують прикладом поєднання сучасних технологій із принципами біофільного дизайну, сталого розвитку та соціальної орієнтації.

In the context of global urbanization and the need for sustainable development, vertical urbanism appears as an innovative approach to the organization of urban space. The study highlights the essence of vertical urbanism through the analysis of three international architectural projects: Bosco Verticale (Milan), Marina One (Singapore) and The Spiral (New York). Architectural solutions, environmental advantages and engineering innovations are considered to integrate nature into a dense city development. All three objects are an example of a combination of modern technologies with the principles of biophil design, sustainable development and social orientation.
