Abstract

У даній роботі досліджено методи реконструкції житлових будівель середньої поверховості.

This paper investigates methods for the reconstruction of medium-rise residential buildings. The potential for using old buildings as a resource for the development of urban infrastructure is determined. Examples of reconstruction of buildings in foreign countries are considered. The main issues of the prospects for the reconstruction of medium-rise buildings in Ukraine with adaptation to modern requirements are highlighted.
