Школа стартапів «Вінницький виклик» – двигун інновацій у ВНТУ

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз інноваційного потенціалу Вінницького національного технічного університету з урахуванням десятирічного досвіду діяльності Школи Стартапів «Вінницький Виклик», що є частиною Всеукраїнської інноваційної екосистеми "Sikorsky Challenge Україна". Проведене дослідження дозволило оцінити вплив роботи школи на розвиток інноваційного середовища університету та визначити ефективні способи інтеграції стартап-руху в освітню та науково-дослідну діяльність. Розроблено модель взаємодії освіти, науки та бізнесу в межах університетської інноваційної екосистеми, а також визначено основні чинники, що сприяють успішній реалізації стартап-проєктів студентів і викладачів. Отримані результати можуть стати основою для створення освітніх програм, орієнтованих на підприємництво, а також сприяти глибшій інтеграції університетів із реальним сектором економіки та міжнародною інноваційною спільнотою.

An analysis of the innovation potential of Vinnytsia National Technical University was carried out, taking into account the ten-year experience of the Startup School "Vinnytsia Challenge", which is part of the All-Ukrainian innovation ecosystem "Sikorsky Challenge Ukraine". The study made it possible to assess the impact of the school's work on the development of the university's innovation environment and to identify effective ways to integrate the startup movement into educational and research activities. A model of interaction between education, science and business within the university's innovation ecosystem was developed, and the main factors contributing to the successful implementation of startup projects by students and teachers were also identified. The results obtained can become the basis for creating educational programs focused on entrepreneurship, as well as promote deeper integration of universities with the real sector of the economy and the international innovation community.
