Метою даної наукової роботи є розгляд методів сучасного аналізу та прогнозування клімату, виявлення їх проблемних місць, розробка незалежної системи прогнозування погодних умов за допомогою нейронних мереж. На підставі дослідження запропонувати мережу та алгоритми прогнозування.
