Проблеми формування графічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі електроніки та телекомунікацій засобами цифрових технологій

Abstract

Розглянуто актуальну проблему визначення педагогічних умов, що забезпечують формування в майбутніх фахівців у галузі електроніки та телекомунікацій графічної компетентності засобами цифрових технологій та інших професійних якостей, які потрібні для здійснення успішної професійної діяльності в сучасному цифровому середовищі. Завдяки застосуванню метода опитування та незалежних експертних оцінок були визначені такі педагогічні умови: створення умов для розвитку пізнавального інтересу та забезпечення мотивації до провадження професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців у галузі електроніки та телекомунікацій; готовність науковопедагогічних працівників сприяти розвитку графічної компетентності здобувачів; поступовий розвиток графічної компетентності як невід’ємної складової професійної компетентності здобувача; використання інноваційних педагогічних технологій з метою активізації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності здобувачів.

The topical problem of defining pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of future specialists in the field of electronics and telecommunications graphic competence by means of digital technologies and other professional qualities, which are required for successful professional activity in the modern digital environment, is considered. Thanks to the application of the survey method and independent expert evaluations, the following pedagogical conditions were determined: creating conditions for the development of cognitive interest and ensuring motivation for the professional activities of future specialists in the field of electronics and telecommunications; willingness of scientific and pedagogical workers to promote the development of graphic competence of applicants; gradual development of graphic competence as an integral component of the applicant's professional competence; the use of innovative pedagogical technologies in order to activate the educational and cognitive activities of the applicants.
