Механізм управління дебіторською заборгованістю: сутність та структура

Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми управління дебіторською заборгованістю підприємств в умовах мінливого зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Визначено основні фактори впливу на динаміку та якість дебіторської заборгованості та запропоновано шляхи мінімізації негативного впливу факторів, які доцільно застосовувати в процесі управлінні дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства. Розроблено механізм управління дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства з урахуванням факторів внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища підприємства.

The problems of managing receivables of enterprises in the conditions of a changing external and internal environment are considered. The main influences on the dynamics and receivables are determined, and ways to minimize the negative impact of factors that are expediently created in the process of the quality factors of managing the receivables of the enterprise are proposed. A mechanism for managing the company's receivables has been developed, taking into account the factors of the company's internal and external environment.
