Abstract

Проаналізовано системи вентиляції та кондиціювання повітря в залежності від класу офісних комплексів.

Ventilation and air conditioning systems were analyzed depending on the class of office complexes. The location of the building, optimal volumetric planning solutions, decoration, engineering and automated life support systems in general affect the microclimate conditions of buildings of different classes. In order to increase the reliability of providing fresh air to those working in such buildings and the quality of the services provided by the proposed systems, economical installations such as fan coils, which reuse secondary sources of thermal energy, are provided, which leads to a decrease in operating costs.
