Abstract

Дослідження розкриває основні положення філософії технократизму стосовно ідей про роль техніки, технічний прогресу, машин і технологій у житті людини і прогресивного розвитку суспільства та прогнозування потенційного розвитку. Сучасний технократизм відмовився від однозначного захоплення ідеєю переваг технічно-технологічних чинників, що було характерним для попередніх епох. Наразі наполегливо, хоч і не завжди послідовно, в технократизмі обстоюється думка про те, що суспільство – це система чинників – техніки і технології, соціальної структури і політики, цінностей і культури, динаміки потреб конкретної людини, які взаємодіють між собою. Одним із найважливіших досягнень людського розвитку сьогодні є усвідомлення і визнання загальноприйнятих гуманістичних ідеалів, досягнення їх на основі суспільної згоди, соціального партнерства та забезпечення умов сталого розвитку. Крізь призму цієї концепції проаналізовано особливості сучасної цивілізації, які тісно пов’язані з науково-технічним прогресом.

The study reveals the main provisions of the philosophy of technocratism in relation to ideas about the role of technology, technical progress, machines and technologies in human life and the progressive development of society and forecasting potential development. Modern technocratism has abandoned the unequivocal fascination with the idea of the advantages of technical and technological factors, which was characteristic of previous eras. Currently, technocratism insists, although not always consistently, on the idea that society is a system of factors - technique and technology, social structure and politics, values and culture, the dynamics of the needs of a specific person, which interact with each other. One of the most important achievements of human development today is the awareness and recognition of generally accepted humanistic ideals, their achievement on the basis of social consent, social partnership and ensuring conditions for sustainable development. Through the prism of this concept, the features of modern civilization, which are closely related to scientific and technological progress, are analyzed.
