Abstract

The principles of the organization of the electronic document circulation of a higher educational institution are studied, such as document management, productivity improvement, ensuring data availability, ensuring data security, improving cooperation, a flexible mechanism for selecting and searching for data, a mechanism for saving creation of electronic copies of documents, the mechanism for creating printed forms of all necessary documents, analytical and static reports.
