dc.description.abstractВ роботі розглянуто проблему інтеграції пояснюваного штучного інтелекту (XAI) до систем управління ІТінфраструктурою підприємства в умовах цифрової трансформації. Представлено концептуальну модель включення XAI у цифрові бізнес-процеси, яка дозволяє зберігати баланс між автономністю ШІ та контролем з боку оператора. Окрему увагу приділено прикладам застосування сучасних XAI-підходів (LIME, SHAP, контрфактичні пояснення), а також перспективам подальших досліджень щодо адаптації пояснюваного ШІ до периферійних та розподілених систем.uk
dc.description.abstractThe paper considers the problem of integrating explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) into enterprise IT infrastructure management systems in the context of digital transformation. A conceptual model for incorporating XAI into digital business processes is presented, which allows maintaining a balance between AI autonomy and operator control.en
