Abstract

У даній роботі аналізується сучасний стан патентного та авторського права в контексті розвитку цифрових технологій та штучного інтелекту. Розглядаються основні проблеми, пов'язані з патентуванням винаходів, створених ШІ, та правовим статусом контенту, згенерованого алгоритмами. Досліджуються виклики, спричинені цифровою епохою, зокрема піратство та нелегальне копіювання контенту в Інтернеті.

This paper analyzes the current state of patent and copyright law in the context of the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. The main issues related to patenting inventions created by AI and the legal status of content generated by algorithms are considered. The challenges posed by the digital era, including piracy and illegal copying of content on the Internet, are explored. Particular attention is paid to international agreements and prospects for the development of intellectual property legislation, including the introduction of new technologies and ensuring a balance between copyright protection and access to information.
