Теоретичні засади системного підходу в управлінні організацією

Abstract

У статті досліджуються теоретичні основи системного підходу в управлінні, включаючи його ключові елементи: інтеграцію, структуризацію, взаємозв’язки між компонентами та вплив зовнішнього середовища. Розглядається практичне застосування системного підходу в контексті стратегічного планування та організаційного розвитку, з особливим акцентом на важливості комунікації між підрозділами та адаптації до змін у бізнес-середовищі. Обґрунтовується необхідність впровадження системного підходу як ефективного інструменту для досягнення конкурентоспроможності організації в умовах динамічних змін сучасного світу.

The article examines the theoretical foundations of the systemic approach to management, including its key elements: integration, structuring, interrelationships between components and the impact of the external environment. The practical application of the systemic approach in the context of strategic planning and organizational development is considered, with a special emphasis on the importance of communication between departments and adaptation to changes in the business environment. The author substantiates the need to implement a systematic approach as an effective tool for achieving the competitiveness of an organization in the context of dynamic changes in the modern world.
