Розглянуто питання підвищення безпеки дорожнього руху на автомобільному транспорті.

The issue of improving road safety in road transport is considered. The lack of proper control over the implementation of road safety legislation leads to non-compliance with the requirements for the technical condition of rolling stock, as well as violations of the work and rest regime of vehicle drivers. These circumstances are one of the main causes of road accidents, which entail serious consequences. In order to ensure road safety when transporting passengers and goods, it is necessary to establish uniform requirements for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals who operate buses or trucks, regardless of their organizational and legal form and types of transportation.
