У статті розглянуто питання впровадження оздоровчого фітнесу в систему закладів вищої освіти.

The article considers the issue of introducing health fitness into the system of higher education institutions. Modern approaches to the use of fitness programs in the physical education of students, their impact on the level of physical activity, psycho-emotional state and general well-being are analyzed. The main advantages of including fitness in educational programs are outlined, in particular, improving physical fitness, preventing hypodynamia and increasing students' motivation for a healthy lifestyle.
