Трансформація процесу прийняття управлінських рішень під впливом ERP-систем

Abstract

This study investigates the mechanisms of transforming the management decision-making process under the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems through the prism of digital transformation and the data-centric management concept. The transition from functional-hierarchical models to process-oriented ecosystems is substantiated, where the elimination of information silos and the creation of a "single source of truth" act as key determinants in improving the quality of the management framework. The study identifies patterns in the dynamization of analytical tools resulting from the implementation of real-time data processing and the algorithmization of routine operations. A conceptual model for modernizing the management cycle is proposed, ensuring the transformation of reactive decisions into strategic instruments of proactive influence, thereby increasing organizational adaptability to a volatile market environment.

Досліджено механізми трансформації процесу прийняття управлінських рішень під впливом інтегрованих інформаційних систем класу ERP крізь призму цифрової трансформації менеджменту та концепції дата-центристського управління. Обґрунтовано перехід від функціонально-ієрархічних моделей до процесно-орієнтованих екосистем, у яких ліквідація інформаційної роздрібленості та створення «єдиного джерела істини» виступають детермінантами підвищення якості управлінського контуру. Виявлено закономірності динамізації аналітичного інструментарію через впровадження технологій обробки даних у реальному часі та алгоритмізацію рутинних операцій. Запропоновано концептуальну модель модернізації управлінського циклу, що забезпечує трансформацію реактивних рішень у стратегічні інструменти проактивного впливу та підвищує адаптивність підприємств до волатильного ринкового середовища.
