Abstract

The text examines professional differentiation in software development as a result of the growth of information technologies and the increasing complexity of software systems. It describes the main IT specializations, including frontend, backend, mobile, embedded, testing, DevOps, analytics, and data-related fields. The role of managerial positions and qualification levels in the structure of modern IT teams is also identified. It is emphasized that narrow specialization is combined with the need for close teamwork and cooperation. The conclusion is made that professional differentiation is an essential feature of the modern IT industry and contributes to the emergence of new professional roles.

Розглянуто професійну диференціацію в галузі розробки програмного забезпечення як наслідок розвитку інформаційних технологій і ускладнення програмних систем. Охарактеризовано основні спеціалізації в ІТ, зокрема frontend, backend, mobile, embedded, testing, DevOps, аналітику та роботу з даними. Визначено роль управлінських позицій і рівнів кваліфікації у структурі сучасних ІТ-команд. Підкреслено, що вузька спеціалізація поєднується з необхідністю тісної командної взаємодії. Зроблено висновок, що професійна диференціація є важливою ознакою сучасної ІТ-галузі та сприяє появі нових професійних ролей.
