Abstract

Research reveals patterns of transformation of the labor market in Ukraine"s IT sector under the influence of military actions and global economic changes. Dynamics analysis was conducted of computer services exports and structural shifts in employment, noting the transition to an «employer\"s market». The role of new forms of labor relations, particularly gig contracts within the «Diia City» regime, as a tool for preserving human capital is highlighted. Special attention is paid to the prospects of the product business model and the development of the defense technology industry. It is concluded that adapting personnel policies and investing in digital education are key to the sustainable development of the sector in the post-war period.

Дослідження розкриває закономірності трансформації ринку праці в ІТ-секторі України під впливом воєнних дій та глобальних економічних змін. Проведено аналіз динаміки експорту комп"ютерних послуг та структурні зрушення у зайнятості, відзначаючи перехід до «ринку роботодавця». Висвітлено роль нових форм трудових відносин, зокрема гіг-контрактів у межах режиму «Дія Сіті», як інструменту збереження кадрового потенціалу. Особливу увагу приділено перспективності продуктової моделі бізнесу та розвитку сектору технологій критичного призначення. Зроблено висновок, що адаптація кадрової політики та інвестиції у цифрову освіту є ключовими для сталого розвитку галузі у післявоєнний період.
