Економічна стійкість підприємства: чинники впливу та сучасні інструменти управління

Abstract

The article highlights the theoretical principles of managing the economic sustainability of an enterprise in the conditions of modern turbulence of the external environment. It is substantiated that economic sustainability is a critical factor in the competitiveness and continuity of enterprise activities. The essential characteristics of economic sustainability are revealed; its key components and determinants are identified. The main approaches to sustainability management (systemic, functional, situational, process) are outlined and their content is determined. The internal and external factors influencing the sustainability of an enterprise are analyzed, the tasks of the system for its provision are outlined and modern management tools are characterized, covering financial and analytical, operational, strategic and personnel decisions.

У статті висвітлено теоретичні засади управління економічною стійкістю підприємства за сучасних умов. Обґрунтовано, що економічна стійкість є важливим фактором конкурентоспроможності та безперервної діяльності підприємств. Розкрито сутнісні характеристики економічної стійкості, виокремлено її базові елементи. Окреслено основні підходи до управління стійкістю (системний, функціональний, ситуаційний, процесний) та охарактеризовано їх. Проаналізовано внутрішні та зовнішні фактори впливу на стійкість підприємства. Окреслено основні завдання системи щодо забезпечення її економічної стійкості. Охарактеризовано сучасні інструменти управління економічною стійкістю, що охоплюють фінансовоаналітичні, операційні, стратегічні та кадрові рішення.
