Сучасна будівельна галузь активно впроваджує цифрові технології для підвищення ефективності проєктування та будівництва. Однією з таких технологій є інформаційне моделювання будівель BIM-технології (Building Information Modeling (ВІМ)), яке передбачає створення цифрової моделі об’єкта з повною інформацією про його характеристики.
