Abstract

Проблематика поводження з відходами в Україні є надзвичайно актуальною та має важливе значення для забезпечення екологічної безпеки держави. На сьогодні переважна частина побутових відходів спрямовується на полігони, що призводить до значного антропогенного навантаження на довкілля.

The issue of waste management in Ukraine is extremely relevant and is of great importance for ensuring the environmental safety of the state. Today, the vast majority of household waste is sent to landfills, which leads to a significant anthropogenic load on the environment. The lack of a proper system of waste processing and disposal leads to the loss of potentially useful resources and causes negative environmental consequences. Effective legal regulation in the field of waste management is a necessary prerequisite for Ukraine’s transition to the principles of sustainable development and the implementation of a circular economy.
