Abstract

використання засобів індивідуальної мобільності в умовах зростання їх частки у транспортному потоці. Показано, що ефективний розвиток цього виду транспорту потребує комплексного підходу, який поєднує вдосконалення законодавчої бази, адаптацію інфраструктури та впровадження заходів із підвищення рівня безпеки всіх учасників дорожнього руху.

modern urban transport systems. An analysis of global and domestic experience in integrating individual mobility devices into the street and road network has been conducted. The main advantages and problems of using individual mobility devices in the context of their increasing share in the transport flow have been identified. It has been shown that the effective development of this type of transport requires an integrated approach that combines the improvement of the legislative framework, adaptation of infrastructure and the implementation of measures to increase the level of safety for all road users.
