The article examines the current state and trends of risk management development in Ukraine under martial law and economic instability. The main types of risks affecting enterprises and tools for their identification and minimization are analyzed. The role of digitalization in improving the efficiency of risk management systems is defined. Directions for improving risk management based on international experience are proposed. The results can be used for developing sustainable enterprise strategies.
