Удосконалення організації перевезень дрібнопартіонних вантажів автомобільним транспортом у системі поштово-логістичного обслуговування

Abstract

У роботі досліджено питання підвищення ефективності організації перевезень дрібнопартіонних вантажів автомобільним транспортом на прикладі Рівненської дирекції АТ «Укрпошта». Проведено аналіз сучасних методів маршрутизації, підходів до вибору рухомого складу та організації транспортного обслуговування.

The paper investigates the improvement of small-lot cargo transportation by road transport using the Rivne Directorate of JSC Ukrposhta as a case study. Modern routing methods, approaches to vehicle fleet selection, and transportation management techniques are analyzed. Transportation volume forecasting based on statistical data is carried out, and the main factors affecting transport process efficiency are identified. Measures aimed at optimizing delivery routes, improving vehicle fleet structure, and enhancing logistics service quality are proposed. The obtained results contribute to reducing operating costs, increasing transportation efficiency, and strengthening the competitiveness of postal and logistics service providers.
