Abstract

Розглянуто систему раннього виявлення кризових явищ на підприємстві як дієвий інструмент для запобігання ризиків. Обґрунтовано значення своєчасного моніторингу, що є ключовими показниками для певної діяльності, які не допускають розвиток кризових ситуацій. Визначено основні моменти, що сигналізують про можливі негативні наслідки, а також проаналізовано підходи для покращення антикризової системи контролю. Наведено, що поєднання економічного аналізу, прогноз та якість оцінки внутрішніх процесів дає змогу стабілізувати та підвищити стійкість підприємства до загроз із зовнішніх та внутрішніх сторін.

The system of early detection of crisis phenomena at the enterprise is considered as an effective tool for preventing risks. The importance of timely monitoring is substantiated, which are key indicators for certain activities that prevent the development of crisis situations. The main points signaling possible negative consequences were identified, and approaches to improving the anti-crisis control system were analyzed. It is stated that the combination of economic analysis, forecasting and quality assessment of internal processes makes it possible to stabilize and increase the enterprise's resistance to threats from external and internal parties.
