In today’s conditions of globalization and the development of international trade, the effective organization of transport processes plays a crucial role in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. One of the key elements regulating the relationship between the seller and the buyer in the field of transportation is the Incoterms rules. They define the obligations of the parties regarding the delivery of goods, the allocation of risks, costs and liability during transportation.
