Опис розробки автоматизованої веб-платформи для підтримки ментального здоров’я військових та осіб, які постраждали внаслідок війни

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто розробку автоматизованої веб-платформи «Mental Support UA», призначеної для надання первинної психологічної допомоги особам із симптомами ПТСР та адаптаційними розладами.

The paper considers the development of the automated web platform “Mental Support UA”, designed to provide primary psychological assistance to individuals with symptoms of PTSD and adjustment disorders. An approach to creating an empathetic interface with the integration of artificial intelligence for conducting dialogues, monitoring emotional states, and automating reporting for specialists is proposed. A system architecture based on an API-oriented approach is introduced, ensuring scalability and personalization of interaction. An algorithm for forming a generalized emotional state index and a mechanism for automated report generation for specialists have been developed. The implementation is expected to increase the accessibility of psychological assistance and improve the efficiency of early detection of critical conditions.
