Розвиток навичок командної взаємодії в майбутніх іт-фахівців

Abstract

ІТ-профілю в умовах цифрової трансформації освіти. Зважаючи на високий рівень вимог роботодавців до soft skills (зокрема командної роботи, співпраці в командах та віддаленому середовищі), розвиток цих компетентностей є ключовим аспектом підготовки конкурентоспроможних ІТ-спеціалістів. Проаналізовано дефіцит командних навичок у випускників, роль цифрових платформ (Jira, Miro, GitHub, Teams/Slack) та проєктно-орієнтованого навчання у їх формуванні. Окреслено основні напрями впровадження активних методів та інструментів оцінки. Визначено значення інтеграції командного компоненту в освітній процес як важливого чинника підвищення якості підготовки фахівців, адаптації до реальних умов ІТ-індустрії та запобігання професійним викликам в епоху AI та гібридної роботи.

Given the high level of employer requirements for soft skills (in particular, teamwork, collaboration in teams and remote environments), the development of these competencies is a key aspect of training competitive IT specialists. The article analyses the lack of teamwork skills among graduates, the role of digital platforms (Jira, Miro, GitHub, Teams/Slack) and project-based learning in developing these skills. The main directions for the implementation of active assessment methods and tools are outlined. The importance of integrating the team component into the educational process as an important factor in improving the quality of training specialists, adapting to the real conditions of the IT industry, and preventing professional challenges in the era of AI and hybrid work is determined.
