Abstract

Проаналізовано вплив умов праці на здоров'я та працездатність працівників підприємства. Розглянуто ключові виробничі фактори, такі як мікроклімат, рівень шуму, освітлення, вібрації та інтенсивність трудового процесу, які безпосередньо впливають на ефективність роботи та самопочуття персоналу. Акцентовано увагу на важливості впровадження заходів, спрямованих на покращення умов праці та дотримання санітарно-гігієнічних норм, задля збереження здоров'я працівників і підвищення їхньої працездатності.

The impact of working conditions on the health and performance of employees of the enterprise is analyzed. Key production factors, such as microclimate, noise level, lighting, vibrations and intensity of the labor process, which directly affect the efficiency of work and the well-being of personnel, are considered. Attention is focused on the importance of implementing measures aimed at improving working conditions and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards in order to preserve the health of employees and increase their performance.
