Перспектива розвитку національного регулятора у сфері енергетики

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто ключові напрями трансформації правового статусу та функцій національного регулятора (НКРЕКП) в умовах євроінтеграції енергетичного сектору України. Проаналізовано виклики щодо забезпечення незалежності регулятора та впровадження європейських регламентів моніторингу ринку.

The paper considers the key directions of transformation of the legal status and functions of the national regulator (NEURC) in the context of European integration of the Ukrainian energy sector. The challenges of ensuring the regulator's independence and implementing European market monitoring regulations are analyzed. The role of the regulator in protecting consumer rights and forming a transparent competitive environment is determined.
