Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність та особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства в умовах нестабільного економічного середовища. Висвітлено теоретичні засади формування інвестиційної стратегії та інвестиційної політики підприємства, визначено основні завдання управління інвестиційною діяльністю та принципи її організації. Охарактеризовано систему інформаційного забезпечення, методи оцінювання ефективності інвестиційних проєктів та підходи до управління інвестиційними ризиками.

The article examines the essence and features of enterprise investment activity management in conditions of an unstable economic environment. The theoretical foundations of forming an investment strategy and investment policy of an enterprise are highlighted, and the main tasks of investment activity management and the principles of its organization are defined. The system of information support, methods for evaluating the efficiency of investment projects, and approaches to investment risk management are characterized. The necessity of improving investment decision-making mechanisms in view of modern economic challenges in order to ensure effective development and enhance enterprise competitiveness is substantiated.
