Системний аналіз та моделювання бізнес-процесів ветеринарної клініки для проєктування інформаційних систем

Abstract

У роботі виконано системний аналіз предметної галузі ветеринарної клініки та здійснено структурну декомпозицію її бізнес-процесів. На основі отриманих результатів побудовано об'єктно-орієнтовану модель інформаційних потоків та запроєктовано чотирирівневу модульну архітектуру системи управління даними.

The paper presents a systems analysis of the veterinary clinic domain and conducts a structural decomposition of its business processes. Based on the results, an object-oriented data flow model was constructed, and a four-tier modular architecture of the data management system was designed. A systems analysis of existing market analogues was performed, which justified the requirements for the architectural constraints of the local software complex. The implemented mechanism for dynamic resource compatibility validation minimizes the risks of logical errors in coordinating the institution's business processes.
